GELIN AND ABACI
The tension setting is one of this industries most innovative and unique styles of setting. From a profile view each of the center stones appears to be floating, and yet using the 60 to 90 lbs. of pressure to hold it in, it is as safe as any other style of mounting.
This manufacture creates each piece to fit the center stone and the finger size, and the exacting process is truly a trade secret. Most diamonds, rubies and sapphires can be set in tension mounting and are available in 14kt and 18kt white and yellow gold as well as platinum.
